The Fit Cousins Challenge 2021 is designed to get you back in shape if you need help, support or motivation to work out! Our small, bite sized and beginner friendly workouts are to help you build a momentum towards working out, helping you to develop healthier habits.
The Fit Cousins Challenge was pioneered by recording Artist, Marie Pascale (@mariepascalemusic), as a way to promote healthy living and exercise as a way to practice self love.
You can watch the videos and complete the exercises at your home, and at your pace! All the workouts are designed, created and taught by instructors born on the nature island of the Caribbean, #Dominica!
Who is this challenge for?
- For those who want to get back in shape,
- For those who dont want to workout alone,
- For those who dont have the time (or money) to go to the gym,
- For those who just want to stay healthy!
What are we doing?
- Daily workouts - taught and designed by Dominica-born instructors
- 20 to 30 mns everyday
- Together, online, from the comfort of your home,
- Daily videos on YouTube and Facebook. Or you can join us on zoom so we workout together
- Group workout session: every evening, from 7:30 PM -8:00 PM AT (Dominica time)
How much does it cost?
The challenge is FREE. However, you might need to purchase any tools/equipments that you need.

End Date: Friday, April 9th 2021
Who are the instructors?
All instructors are Dominica-born, and are passionate with fitness, health and wellbeing.
